Here at R&V, women support women! Read the messages that the empowered women in our company have to pass on to other fellow female professionals. 

To celebrate women in the workplace for International Women's Day 2023, we asked our colleagues what's something they would say to fellow females. International Women's Day is an important occasion to recognize and celebrate the achievements and contributions of women around the world. It's also a reminder to continue working towards gender equality and ensuring that women have equal opportunities in all aspects of life.

Being a woman is wonderful because it comes with extra things in life. It comes with the ability to deeply feel and understand people on a level that is beyond the reach of words. This can be hihgly advantageous when working with clients and customers in the workplace. As a woman, you have a spark that's just yours; use it to create great things, and definitely use it to your advantage for your career progression!

Women in healthcare are often restricted on their lifestyle choices such as hair, makeup and jewellry use due to policies in the profession. This can often come with self esteem issues that may affect overall performance. Hence why, our healthcare team decided the most powerful message that other women in healthcare need to hear is about accepting and loving yourself for the way you are.

For many centuries women have been considered the weaker gender, especially when it came to career progression and workplaces. The reality is quite the opposite - women are strong and capable of unimaginable things! And as a daily reminder, you are beautiful beeings!

Since the 'women & strength' topic is blooming in our office, here's a beautiful reminder that being a lady doesn't mean you are not strong. That's be beautiful thing about being a woman - you can always do both!

On the day to day life, but especially in the workplace, women need to remember that they are not any less than men. Here at R&V we put value on equality, hence why 75% of our staff is female and there is no wage gap in our company, to reflect that. Women of R&V, we appreciate and respect you not just on women's day, but every day!

We can definitely say that the world needs more people who think like our Cristina! We can proudly say that in our office, women support women on a daily basis. This meets with our company value of 'Us before Me', as we are a team and a family, both inside and outside of work.
