Gangmasters & Labour Abuse authority

R&V Group Ltd holds a GLAA licence, which is issued by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority to protect vulnerable and exploited workers.

GLAA investigates reports of worker exploitation and illegal activity such as human trafficking, forced labour, and illegal labour provision. They also enforce the National Minimum Wage and Employment Agencies Acts. Labour providers are assessed to ensure they meet GLAA licensing standards, covering health and safety, accommodation, pay, transport, and training. As a licensed provider, we are regularly checked to ensure compliance with tax, National Insurance, and VAT regulations.
